Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 4 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- macaroni 2 c - 1 lb
How to make macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni and drain; cool. Add vegetables and mix well. Combine milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add to macaroni. Chill 4 hours. The longer it sits the better the taste.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
