Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- celery seed - 1-1/2 tsp
- large onion - 1 item
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- macaroni, cooked and cooled - 1 lb
- can Eagle brand milk - 1 item
- large carrots, grated - 4 item
How to make macaroni salad:
Mix milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and celery seed. Pour over macaroni, onion, carrots and pepper. Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week and can be frozen.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
