  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • cooked macaroni - 2 c
  • large jar pimientos, mashed - 1 item

How to make macaroni casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in Pyrex dish at 250° about 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover top with finely crushed Ritz crackers. Cook few minutes longer.
