Macaroni and cheese pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- uncooked macaroni - 8 oz
How to make macaroni and cheese pie:
Cook macaroni. Drain. Add cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, salt and two eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased medium-sized baking dish. Mix Parmesan cheese and one egg. Pour over top. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes to one hour or until top is browned. Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Add tomato sauce.
