- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 4 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- shredded American cheese - 1 lb
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni according to package. Drain. Set aside. Melt oleo in large heavy saucepan. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir to blend. Slowly add milk; cook over medium heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Add macaroni.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
