  • eggs - 3 item
  • flour
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c

How to make luscious lemon squares:

Stir together flour and powdered sugar; blend in butter. Press into 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes until light brown. Beat eggs; stir in sugar and lemon juice. Pour into baked pastry lined pan. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Chill.
