Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 9 oz
- cold water - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 1/2
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- green pepper, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
- Knox gelatine
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
- broken nut meats - 1/2 c
How to make luncheon salad:
Heat soup, add gelatine softened in cold water. Cool. Add cheese that has been mashed up with fork. Combine remaining ingredients and add to mixture. Chill until firm. Good with Ritz crackers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Refrigerator.
