Ingredients/Components

- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- red pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- or 2 cloves garlic - 1 item
- seafood you may use any kind you like; shrimp, crab, scallops, lobster - 1 item
- bell pepper red, green or yellow - 1 item
How to make louisiana seafood bake:
