  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • instant rice - 1 c
  • can chicken rice soup - 1 item
  • finely grated cheese - 1/2 c

How to make louisiana dirty rice:

Saute celery, onion and green pepper. Add meat and brown lightly. Cook rice. Combine all ingredients and place in oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
