Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sliced green pepper - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- diced, cooked chicken
- garlic - 1 Tbsp
- slices bacon - 4 item
- crushed thyme - 1/8 tsp
How to make louisiana chicken:
In skillet, cook bacon. Drain and crumble. Cook onion, green pepper, garlic and thyme in bacon grease until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except bacon. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice and garnish with crumbled bacon.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Main dish.
