Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken - 2 cans
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- thyme - 1/8 tsp
- strips bacon, cooked - 3 item
- small bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice 4 servings
How to make louisiana chicken:
Saute onion, pepper and thyme in bacon grease until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup and water. Add chicken and thyme to taste. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Main dish.
