Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- or 3 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and skinned - 2 item
How to make louisiana chicken:
Mix together soups, mushrooms and sour cream. Pour over the cut up chicken. Take 1 stack of Ritz crackers and crumble over chicken. Melt butter. Pour over the top of chicken. Place in oven at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Main dish.
