Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- flavoring and coloring - 1 item
How to make lollipops:
You will need 18 lollipop sticks.Lightly butter baking sheet. Arrange sticks. Combine butter, corn syrup and sugar in a heavy 1-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking and stirring to 270°. Stir in a few drops of food coloring or flavoring. Drop a tablespoonful over each end over a stick, then wait until cool and taste.
