- mayonnaise - 1 tsp
- minced onion - 3 Tbsp
- sweet basil - 1/2 tsp
- Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
- liverwurst - 1 lb
How to make liverwurst pate:
Topping:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 clove garlic, pressed1/2 tsp. Tabasco1 tsp. mayonnaise Mash liverwurst with a fork. Blend in garlic, basil and minced onion thoroughly. Shape into igloo shape on a plate. Chill.Mix topping and spread over chilled liverwurst mixture. Chill.
