Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- salt or to taste
- large onion - 1 item
- pepper or to taste - 1/4 tsp
- sliced liver
How to make liver and onions:
Dip liver in flour and brown on one side in fat in frypan. Slice onion. Turn liver. Add salt and pepper. Cover with onions. Add water; cover pan tightly and cook over low heat, 20 to 30 minutes or until liver is tender.Recipe categories: Beef, Beef organ meats, Beef liver.
