Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomato juice - 2 c
- seasoned salt
- raw rice - 1/2 c
- chopped instant onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make little porcupines:
Combine rice, meat, onion and salt. Form mixture into balls of 1 1/2-inches. Heat in heavy skillet the tomato juice, cinnamon, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Drop in meat balls. Cover tightly and simmer 50 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, North american, Native american.
