Lime pie



  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • butter - 6 Tbsp
  • coconut - 1/4 c
  • large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
  • small can limeade - 1 item

How to make lime pie:

Melt butter in large skillet; stir in coconut, flour, sugar, pecans and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture is golden. Place immediately in 9-inch pan, using back of spoon to press onto sides and bottom. Completely thaw a small can of frozen limeade. Completely thaw a large carton of Cool Whip. Combine limeade and Cool Whip with Eagle Brand milk. Pour into pie crust and chill until set.
