  • cream cheese - 2 pkg
  • cold water - 4 c
  • boiling water - 4 c
  • celery
  • lime Jell-O - 2 pkg

How to make lime jello salad:

Pour Jell-O packages into bowl and add boiling water. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Add the cold water and chill until set. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Cut celery into small pieces. Set aside. When Jell-O is set, whip the Jell-O until light and fluffy. Mix the cream cheese with the Jell-O. Add and stir in the celery. Nuts may be added if desired. Put the mixture into a serving bowl and put it into refrigerator to set until serving time.
