Ingredients/Components
- hot water - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- lime Jell-O - 1 pkg
- cottage cheese, mashed - 1 c
- peeled grated cucumber - 1 c
How to make lime jello salad:
Combine Jell-O and hot water. Cool slightly. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into a mold. Refrigerate. Goes well with ham.Recipe categories: Desserts, Salads, Gelatin.
