Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • cold water
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • small or 1 large box lime Jell-O - 2 item

How to make lime jello salad:

Mix together in bowl the Jell-O, boiling water and the cream cheese. Then add mayonnaise, mix. Add cold water, pineapple and chopped pecans. Put in flat, long bowl (10 x 14-inch) and refrigerate until set.
