  • cream cheese - 1 8
  • water
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • box lime Jello
  • vanilla ice cream or lime sherbet - 1 c

How to make lime jello salad:

Pre-pare jello according to package, but only use 3 1/2 c. water. Partially set jello. In mixing bowl on low speed, beat cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Add jello. Fold in softened ice cream or sherbet. Then fold in Cool Whip. Pour into mold. Chill. Decorate with drained cherries. Make a day ahead.
