Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
  • carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided - 1 oz
  • lemon lime soda - 1 c

How to make lime gelatin salad:

Dissolve gelatin in water. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in gelatin mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla, oranges, pineapple, soda and pecans. Chill until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. Fold in 3/4
