  • green food coloring - 1 item
  • can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed - 1 oz
  • chilled bottled green maraschino cherry syrup or green passion fruit juice mix - 1/2 c
  • chilled quinine water

How to make lime fizz:

Just before serving, combine the limeade concentrate, syrup and quinine water in a pitcher. Add food coloring to tint desired shade of green; mix lightly. Garnish with a float of fresh cranberries. Serve over crushed ice.
