- water - 6 c
- oil - 1 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- tomato sauce
- sticks celery, chopped - 2 item
- lentils
- cubes beef bouillon - 2 item
- dash of hot pepper - 1 item
- raw pasta
- whole carrots, chopped - 2 item
How to make lentil soup:
Saut?© onion in oil until soft, add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add water and the rest of ingredients, except pasta. Bring to a boil. Cook 30 minutes on simmer covered. Cook pasta in a separate pot and then add to lentils.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Pork.
