Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• oil - 3/4 c
• confectioners sugar - 2 c
• lemon extract - 1 tsp
• juice of 1 lemon
• box lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
• box vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 item
• apricot nectar or orange juice - 3/4 c

How to make lemon supreme pound cake:

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan until cake tests done. Cool for 15 minutes in pan before removing. Combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice and glaze slowly while cake is still warm.
