  • eggs - 2 item
  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • margarine or butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp

How to make lemon squares:

Blend flour, margarine and powdered sugar well and press into an 8-inch square pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Blend other ingredients and spread on top of first mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes more. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

N.B.: Can be doubled for 9 x 13-inch pan.
