  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • box lemon cake mix - 1 item

How to make lemon squares:

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Press into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine powdered sugar, 3 eggs, flavoring and softened cream cheese. Mix well and spread over cake mix layer. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool and cut in squares.
