  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • 10x sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item

How to make lemon squares:

Cream butter and 10x sugar. Crumble in flour and salt. Line 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix together eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Pour over hot crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut in squares and sprinkl
