  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1/4 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp

How to make lemon squares:

Mix 1 cup flour, margarine and powdered sugar with fork. Press into 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Beat 2 eggs, lemon juice, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Spread on top of crust and bake 25 minutes longer. After cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
