Lemon sauce

Lemon sauce



  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • fresh lemon juice - 3 Tbsp

How to make lemon sauce:

Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and lemon juice. Cool. Serve over pudding or cake.
