How to make lemon pudding dessert:
In a bowl, cut butter into flour until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 22 minutes. Cool. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread this over cooled crust. In mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low speed for 2 minutes. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. (Can use any kind of pudding.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Summer.
