- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- poppy seed - 1/4 c
- box lemon cake mix - 1 item
How to make lemon poppy seed cake:
Grease well a 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle lightly with flour. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cake springs back lightly when touched. Serve with fruit in season or frost with lemon glaze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
