Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 1/3 c
- water
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- egg yellows, beaten - 4 item
How to make lemon pie:
Cook sugar, cornstarch and 1 1/2 cups water until thick, about 1 minute. Beat egg yellows and lemon juice. Add the two together and cook for 5 minutes. Put into a 9-inch graham crust or baked pie crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
