- sugar
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- lemons juice and rind - 2 item
- eggs reserve whites - 3 item
How to make lemon pie:
Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Add sugar. Grate lemon rind into this. Add lemons (juice and rind) and oleo to eggs and sugar. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Beat egg whites stiff for meringue.
