Ingredients/Components
- whipped cream - 1/2 pt
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- Eagle Brand milk - 1 c
- small amount lemon rind - 1 item
How to make lemon pie:
Mix lemon juice and Eagle Brand milk thoroughly; then fold in whipping cream (whipped). Add lemon rind. Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
