Lemon pie

Ingredients/Components

• whipped cream - 1/2 pt
• lemon juice - 1/2 c
• graham cracker crust - 1 item
• Eagle Brand milk - 1 c
• small amount lemon rind - 1 item

How to make lemon pie:

Mix lemon juice and Eagle Brand milk thoroughly; then fold in whipping cream (whipped). Add lemon rind. Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours.
