Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make lemon meringue pie:
Mix Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and egg yolks together. Pour in crust. Beat egg whites until stiff and mix in sugar. Place on top of filling. Bake at 425° until lightly brown.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Cakes.
