- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water
- egg yolks - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- Meringue:2 egg whites
How to make lemon meringue pie:
