  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • Cool Whip - 9 oz
  • lemon pudding mix - 2 pkg

How to make lemon lush:

Mix and pat butter, flour, nuts and sugar in buttered dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350° and let cool. Mix and spread cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip over the 1st layer. Beat milk and pudding until thick; pour over second layer. Cover with Cool Whip, then sprinkle with nuts.
