Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour
- stick margarine room temperature - 1 item
- pecans or almonds - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- instant lemon pudding small - 2 pkg
- milk - 3 c
How to make lemon lush:
Layer One: Mix flour, margarine and pecans or almonds. Mix like pie dough. Spread in 9 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.Layer Two: Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese (1 cup) and Cool Whip. Mix together and spread on Layer One.
Layer Three: Mix instant lemon pudding with 3 cups of milk and pour on Layer Two. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top and refrigerate.
