- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- shortening - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- lemon flavoring - 1 Tbsp
How to make lemon loaf cake:
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk and flour alternately; add flavoring. Beat well. Bake in a Bundt or tube pan at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until tests done.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Breads.
