Lemon jello salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- hot water - 4 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- lemon Jell-O
- marshmallows, cut up - 16 item
- crushed pineapple, well drained - 2 c
How to make lemon jello salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Cool. When it begins to set, add pineapple and bananas. Chill until firm. Cover with topping.Topping: Cook pineapple juice, sugar, eggs, flour and oleo until mixture bubbles, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold mixture into small carton of Cool Whip. Spread over Jell-O. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Let set 4 to 6 hours before serving.
