- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- sifted confectioners sugar
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large box lemon jello - 1 item
How to make lemon jello cake:
Glaze:2 c. sifted confectioners sugar1/3 c. lemon juice Combine the first 5 ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.While cake is in the oven, mix the glaze ingredients. When cake is done, poke holes on top with a fork. Pour glaze over cake while still hot. Cool cake.
