Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- few grains of salt - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
- few drops vanilla flavoring - 1 item
How to make lemon icebox pie:
Stir milk and egg yolks together. Then add lemon juice to mixture. Pour into pie shell.For egg whites, beat whites with a few grains of salt until peaks begin to form. Then add sugar with beating gradually. Lastly add few drops of vanilla flavoring and beat. Cover pie filling and broil at 450° for a few minutes. Serve after refrigeration.
