Lemon icebox pie



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- juice of 3 lemons
- rind of 1 lemon, grated
- cracker crumbs
How to make lemon icebox pie:
Graham Cracker Crust:1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs1/4 c. sugar6 Tbsp. melted butter Mix milk, egg yolks, lemon juice and rind together. Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1/3 cup sugar. Fold egg whites into milk mixture. Spoon into graham cracker crust and sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Chill and serve.Graham Cracker Crust: Mix ingredients. Press into pie plate and bake at 375° for 6 to 9 minutes.
