  • sugar - 1 c
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • crumb crust - 1 item
  • can Carnation milk, chilled - 1 item

How to make lemon icebox pie:

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup of hot water. Beat milk and sugar until it stand in peaks (beat milk first, then add sugar). Add jello; mix well. Pour into crumb crust and chill. Makes 2 large pies.
