  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • softened cream cheese - 1 (8
  • eggs yolks - 2 item
  • cinnamon graham crackers - 6 item

How to make lemon icebox pie:

Mix cream cheese, milk, egg yolks and lemon juice with food processor. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Let chill overnight in refrigerator and top with Cool Whip. For best results, crumb crackers in food processor. Then mix with margarine.

Double recipe for a 10 inch corning ware or 2 quart pyrex.
