  • oil - 1/4 1/2
  • lemon juice - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
  • oregano - 1 Tbsp
  • to 10 pieces chicken - 8 item
  • Marinade:5 cloves garlic, chopped

How to make lemon-garlic chicken:

Marinade:5 cloves garlic, chopped3/4 c. lemon juice1 Tbsp. salt1/2 Tbsp. pepper1 Tbsp. oregano1/4 to 1/2 c. oil Marinate chicken overnight or all day. Cook chicken on grill, basting with marinade. Or, may broil or bake in oven as you would normally do chicken. Bake at 400° for about 30 to 40 minutes. Baste as desired.
