Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- nuts, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- xxx sugar - 1 c
- lemon instant pudding - 2 pkg
How to make lemon fluff:
Crust: Mix oleo, flour and nuts until crumbly. Press into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.Middle: Use 1/2 container of Cool Whip mixed with xxx sugar and cream cheese. Spread on cool crust.
Next Layer: Mix pudding and milk and spread on cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
