Lemon fluff
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla wafer crumbs
- pkg - 1 oz
- hot water
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- can 1 3/4 c - 1 1/2
How to make lemon fluff:
Chill unopened can of milk in refrigerator (about 3 to 4 hours) until icy cold. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until partially set. Whip until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice and sugar. Whip chilled milk and fold into gelatin mixture.Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with wafer crumbs. Pour gelatin mixture over top of crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill until firm. Cut in squares. Top with cherry. Serves 12.
