Lemon dessert
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- margarine or butter, melted - 3/4 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- small boxes instant lemon pudding - 2 item
How to make lemon dessert:
Mix together melted butter, flour and chopped pecans. Press in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until light brown at 350°.Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 4 ounce carton Cool Whip. Spread on crust.
Mix the pudding and milk. Pour on cream cheese mixture. Spread 8 ounce carton Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate.
Note: Best made the day before.
